SUP Yoga

Yoga on its own is extremely beneficial, but when paired with SUP you can achieve a greater core workout while challenging your balance and strength. It is also a great way to fine tune SUP technique through yoga postures! In an outdoor environment, SUP Yoga offers a truly relaxing experience whether in nature or during a sunset on the waves of a great lake.

Balance Board SUPYoga

SUPYoga on Land And In The Studio!

Looking to try a new Yoga Challenge? Our balance boards are designed to take yoga to the next level by taking traditional Yoga and moving it onto an unstable surface, just like SUP Yoga but no water.

Indoor SUP Yoga Classes

SUP Yoga-Fit is a combination of Stand Up Paddling and Yoga, the emphasis on core stability is a wonderful addition to the yoga workout and the paddling experience. In this class you will be provided with the skills and knowledge of the moving mat to take your yoga on to the water.
