What is PaddleFit?

PaddleFit is a SUP and outdoor fitness coaching and training system. We provide you with a program that helps you achieve your SUP and fitness goals through an integrated system that guides you on a path to a healthy lifestyle.

Here is your chance to get introduced to the world of PaddleFit and it’s training program through our fun and challenging fitness class. We will give you a taste of the many benefits of training on the water that includes balance, endurance, strength and focus. Now is the time to start on your path to get on the water and achieve your training goals. Class is designed to be accommodating of all skill levels.

The Circuit Based Program Includes:

  • Dynamic Warm-up
  • Functional
  • Varying Workload
  • All Skill Levels
  • Prior Paddling Experience
  • Cool Down

Classes held at Sharon Creek in Delaware.

Our outdoor lessons have ended for the 2016 season but be sure to join us indoors in the pool!

Fitness Class Price: $25.00/class or get our four pack for only $80.00! Four packs can be used for any combination of Paddle Fit and SUP Yoga Fit classes.

Classes held at St. Marys Swim Quarry

PaddleFit Classes: $20/person/per class + HST
